Vermont Women in Higher Education (VWHE) is an organization affiliated with the Office of Women in Higher Education at the American Council on Education. VWHE is dedicated to serving women in higher education at all professional levels. Our mission is to assist women in the pursuit of careers in Higher Education. This home page will serve as a resource for women in colleges and universities across Vermont and the U.S. At this site you will find information about VWHE conferences and initiatives. You will also find information about job vacancies in higher educational institutions in Vermont and other job sources.

VWHE works to foster connections among women in various sectors of higher education, promote women's leadership, and encourage and support women leaders of diverse backgrounds.

The organization maintains an open membership policy and welcomes the participation of women from all levels of administration, staff, and faculty.
