Peggy Williams
At the time of the conference, Peggy Williams
had just recently
stepped down as the president of Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York,
after 11 successful years in the office. She was the 7th president of
the college and the first woman president. Prior to Ithaca, she
served as president of Lyndon State College for eight years.
